Each person may only hold one fu9 account. Attempting to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is against the rules and may result in all associated accounts being closed.

Mobile OTP verification is instant. Email verification usually completes within 2–5 minutes. If there's a delay, check your spam folder. If the issue persists, Help Center Contact us.

You can update certain details from Profile Settings once logged in. However, for sensitive information such as your name or date of birth, you'll need to contact our support team for assistance.
